This is issue where avatar image not exist. The data inject into ng-letter-avatar is either:

null?w=24&h=24 undefined?w=24&h=24

In that regard, it end up display as UN or NU.

This has been fixed and will deployed with next minor patch or major update. Expect delivery should be within next 1 to 2 weeks.
