This issue's going to be a little different, you need to document the inputs/outputs and expected behavior of each api endpoint in the REST controller for BULLETIN. The document should be neatly formatted and include enough detail such that any member of the other teams would be able to read and understand what data is outputted from each endpoint. If there's anything you don't understand please contact me or DM on Discord. This document will be used internally as well as for us to know what endpoints we already have/need to add.
