"Genericized" the FAQs to remove campaign-specific text.

Hi! Rather than make a PR, why not fork HillaryBNB and rename it MarchBNB? I'm happy to answer questions about HillaryBNB and help resolve issues with deployment, but I wouldn't want to be on the hook for reviewing and approving PRs.
