Help UI Stuck on GameOver #170

When hitting the "How To Play" button on the "Game Over" UI, the "How To Play" UI is underneath the GameOver UI and is unable to be interacted with. Either:

  1. Make the "How To Play" button close the Game Over UI
  2. Remove the "How To Play" button from the GameOver UI
