223 make game service lambda functions #239

The lambda functions are live, but to be used they need some of the code in this branch.

The weird part about the C: paths that you can see here are that they aren't referencing something that exists in the repo. It's part of the weirdness that comes from nuget packages that I don't want to spend time messing around with to make it behave nicely when I don't properly understand what it's doing.
