Read only links incorrect #246

See my response again will actually point to the read-only outline so the message is not clear => we should put the login form before probably

Navigation links always point to outline, so it feel like you lose your response:

=> fixed the fr translation ("Revoir les questions" instead of "Revoir mes réponses") and outline link (we redirect to outline when in "readOnly" mode + there is no response)
