Fix and add missing feature keys in state_of_html survey #39

Some keys in the translations do not match the IDs in the https://github.com/Devographics/surveys/blob/main/state_of_html/html2024/questions.yml and https://github.com/Devographics/surveys/blob/main/state_of_html/html2023/questions.yml files, or are simply missing. This PR includes only the IDs of question names that can and/or should be translated..
