Some minor corrections and more checking for exceptions

• check exceptions in more places to dont kill thread
• add option for mqtt logging
• better logging
• indicate URL used on API errors (some exceptions does not indicate the URL, and previously the url was on DEBUG messages only)

Solves issue https://github.com/Dielee/volvo2mqtt/issues/265

Its running for some days without problems in my environment, and I have some different exceptions without stopping the updates
