Add bulb-failure warnings #82

First PR is adding the warnings API. It will return (in theory) the bulbFailure codes. I'm however not able to test this. The API returns 200, but gives only basic data.

As this endpoint don't returns valid data, I will not merge this PR. I don't want to have "dead" enpoints in this integration, sorry!
