Experimental process data storage
The volume file is divided into 10 parts, which are volume1 ~ 10 compressed files, with a mask compressed file of all nodule volumes.
bbox_annos.xls:This file records the three-dimensional center coordinates and diameter information of pulmonary nodules contained in all sample cases, and is used to cut the original image to generate volumes containing complete nodules. This file is generated by the annotation file in the Luna-16 dataset.
