Zoom to filtered inititatives #159

We need an option to zoom the map to include all the initiatives in a filter group. For example if the directory is supporting filtering of country, we select Ireland, the directory will list all the inititaves in Ireland. If there was a buttton beside the Ireland title, or perhaps cliscking the Ireland title, the map would zoom to display all the initiatives in Ireland. I the mobile mode, it might also close the panels? Very much a nice to have option to try out at some point.

This is great. I think we just need some visual clue that this is an option. What do you think of changing the background colour to white when we hover over it, as with the co-op entries?
