ArchiveBot uses delay values in miliseconds. Wikibot uses delay values in seconds. This can lead to users who normally use ArchiveBot setting something like --delay 200 and believing they've set a reasonable 200ms delay when they're actually setting a massive 200s delay. So if a user uses a really high delay value it's probably good to give them a warning as the job starts.
