Better Docs + Docs Visibility #370

@Xmader brought up a point about our docs lacking a little bit in clarity and structure - also that the docs are never linked anywhere!

For context, here are the docs: https://docs.pythonmonkey.io/

@wiwichips also noted that some of the examples he made could be better since they were working around bugs at the time they were made which no longer exist

This should not be prioritized until DCP works well under PythonMonkey
