We should support a graphy docmaps translation from metadata available on Datacite.
Use case
This would allow generation of dataset for arxiv.org preprints, which are a popular repository of preprints for computer science topics and may drum up interest in computation groups who have particular reason to think about Docmaps.
Proposed solution
This will involve finishing the work implied in #84 and adding a new plugin (datacite plugin).
