Remove type->@type and id->@id aliases from jsonld context for framing purposes? #18

In our framing, we allow alias between the @type and type issues. This is a variant sometimes recommended in semantic web circles but leads to confusing spread of options in a type system. Should we narrow this down to just @type? Would that be incompatible / a pain in some languages?
