Make hero section responsive

The current hero section goes haywire when opened on mobile browser.

• [ ] Text and button should be centerized
• [ ] Size of text should be smaller
• [ ] Form should be in center

• [ ] Background of form should be black

or i make it all black?

According to the UI in laptop mode, I think it will look good.
