Report functionality will remove the reported card No Questions Asked (Will have to limit this to stop abuse of report)

@darrius What are some of the report lists that a user must select when reporting a thought?

e.g This is bullying, This is sexual content, This is disturbing content, etc etc

are you sure? yes no cancel

we don't need a reason because the system deletes the message immediately
