Initial ideas for how we could structure things #5

This is just an idea, lets use this as a starting point for discussion

@andlju @danbarua @chrisaswain @panmanphil @wis3guy @glennblock @jchannon @AlexZeitler - if I missed anyone just CC them in the comments.

For those that do not know there is a Jabbr channel at https://jabbr.net/#/rooms/DotNetHypermedia

I have not actually implemented any hypermedia stuff, just an idea about how we could structure and integrate into each project.

Thoughts?

I'm going To monitor this. Won't have feedback till mid December when we're moving JSON-Lara into OR. Happy to contribute what I can otherwise.
