Dedicated Server - Experiencing 100% CPU load when running the dedicated server #9

@Stoolbend As far as I am aware, you're the one leading the dedicated server, so it should be up to you to fix this. No other active developers have played a part in dedicated server development.

I plan to fix this, but i'm currently occupied with other things like applying for university & work.

Well the uni application was successful, and I start in 3 weeks! woo.

Now taking a look at the dedicated server high CPU load.

UPDATE: Spent the last 2 hours debugging stuff and trying to figure out whats going on under the hood. Created version 0.2.8 of the dedicated server. It has fixes relating to the Connection threads created by each individual connection. These were not being closed when the plugin disconnected from the dedicated server. It also has a fix to stop duplicate named servers from connecting and confusing up the place.

This is currently in testing with 0.2.6 of xServerChat & will work with 0.2.7 (last plugin release) when committed. Cheers all! sorry for the long period with no fix
