Hello,

We would like to use keras_compressor in a commercial application. What license is your code under? MIT, BSD, GPL, etc. If it helps, I can submit a PR with whichever license you prefer.

We have found the license in setup.py now. It may be helpful to also provide a LICENSE file containing the Apache license in your root directory, but we are unblocked for now.
