Immediate Crash on Running Dynamo 1.3.1 Revit 17.2.1 #1753

What did you do?

Attempted to start dynamo from the Manage tab

What did you expect to see?

It crashes immediately here is the Detail: Please let me know how I may provide additional information.

@AnthonyViscusi Can you please run the DxDiag utility from the Windows Start and capture the output as a file and send it to us?

@AnthonyViscusi Dynamo has known issues with this graphics card:

Card name: AMD FirePro W5000 Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Chip type: AMD FirePro SDI (0x6809)

That's unfortunate given that card is present in our Dell Precision T3610s. Dynamo 1.2.1 was running fine. I'll see if I can install that version or change the users video card or PC.

There should be no difference between Dynamo 1.3 and 1.2.1 - if there is, something else is going on.

@AnthonyViscusi Is your version of DirectX current? Also, can you check the AMD driver version as well?
