Dynamo will not UnInstall or Upgrade_"DynamoRevit.msi" missing #1811

Realized I could not uninstall and or upgrade from Dynamo 1.3.0 but could still open and use (1.3.0). I wanted to upgrade, so I uninstalled revit 2017, then reinstalled and then I had 0 dynamo in rvt2017. Tried to locate the missing .msi file in my temp folder, it is no where to be found.

I am trying to upgrade from 1.3.0 to 1.3.1 I seems like Dynamo Core goes through with the upgrade but Dynamo for Revit is stuck on 1.3.0, due to a missing DynamoRevit.MSI file. I have searched high and low for a solution for this. I have tried to uninstall with Autodesk uninstall tool I have tried to uninstall with Windows Uninstall tool I have tried to uninstall with IObit Uninstaller tool I have tried to locate and replace this DynamoRevi.msi file (cannot find it anywhere) I have uninstalled all of my revit and dynamo products and reinstalling them.

This is a HUGE problem! I not have uninstalled all revit products from my computer... in an attempt to get Dyn 1.3.0 off my machine..... It still seems to be stuck on there missing the DynamoRevit.msi file. Is this a windows issue? Please somebody help me... I am stuck without dynamo and I really need it to complete my work!!!
