Nodes go invisible and Packages disappear #2077

What did you do?

Attempt to open a script (tried a couple different ones) and opens the file but can't see any of the nodes (can see lines). All the packages I have installed are no longer there (checked to make sure the path was correct and all of them were still there). Won't allow me to add new nodes or click on anything within the Dynamo window. It would run the script. Tried to replicate in Revit 2018.2 but it worked fine there.

What did you expect to see?

Open script and edit it.

@natgmac Can you please upgrade to Dynamo 1.3.3 available from Dynamobuilds.com, and see if this still occurs? If it does, can you please click on the exclamation (!) icon (Notifications) in the app's top level menu and tell us if any conflicts are detected?

Tried uninstalling all versions of dynamo and reinstalling 1.3.3. This issue still occurred. Below is what the notifications pulls up. Doing some more searching, it appeared Add-Ins could be the issue. Here are my Add-Ins as well.
