Thank you for reporting this @Teflon98, the buttons had lost their connection to the API's and were unfortunately not caught in the 2.17 release. This has now been fixed in Dynamo 2.18.
In the meantime, you can still use: File --> Export --> Export Workspace as Image... / Export Background 3D Preview as Image...

Export as Image -> Workspace
What did you expect to see?
Expected to have a dialog box open to save the image
What did you see instead?
Nothing happens. Tried selecting the Background 3D Preview and nothing happens. Both options highlight with mouse hover but clicking does nothing.
