If this issue is not a bug report or improvement request, please check the Dynamo forum, and start a thread there to discuss your issue.

Dynamo version

2.18.1

Revit version

2024.1

Operating system

Windows 11

What did you do?

Opened Dynamo Player on second monitor

What did you expect to see?

Dynamo Player window on top of Revit window

What did you see instead?

Dynamo Player is behind Revit window and can not be set to 'on top'. Only way to fix is to have both windows on main monitor, OR move one of the windows to the othe rmonitor so that they are side by side.

Thanks for reporting this. Clarification: do you see this issue when you have just one monitor ?

ParametricMonkey commented 1 year ago

A single monitor is fine.

deepakanand commented 1 year ago

Thanks, I am unable to reproduce it though. I tried with a single and double monitor setup. Can you maybe post a video when you get a chance ?

@Mikhinja, why has then been closed as it is not resolved? Please reopen and fix.

To replicate the issue, open Revit on the main screen, drag it across to the second screen, and then open Dynamo Player. Dynamo Player may be on top, but as soon as Revit is the active application, Dynamo Player is hidden behind. Maximising and then minimising Dynamo Player is the only fix.
