11 months ago In investigating your report we found a workflow that automatically re-opens the dyn file in D4R: when attempting to close the workspace and then clicking No to the save prompt instead of saving the file and then closing Dynamo. We also discovered that this only happens when you launch D4R from the Player's "Define Inputs" panel, and if instead you click on the pencil "edit" icon in the card itself the issue does not occur. What did you do?
Opened Dynamo Player, selected the graph and then edit. Edited the graph, saved and closed Dynamo.
What did you expect to see?
Dynamo to close and Dynamo Player visible
What did you see instead?
Once the Dynamo file is closed, it automatically re-opens. The only way to prevent this seems to be closing Dynamo Player, before closing Dynamo.
