Purpose

Use github issue forms for filing issue. issue_form

This is nice and I would love to apply this to Dynamo repo as well. I suspect some of the automation powershell script needs to be updated as well. I think this would be a good size for a Jira task and I would like to track it, what do you think?

I am planning to implement this in Dynamo repo. With this approach we can get rid of some of the validation script as we can set certain fields mandatory. I think I can implement this on Dynamo repo without breaking the current powershell scripts.
