Obsolete Update Manager

Purpose

This is a follow-up PR of https://github.com/DynamoDS/Dynamo/pull/14632 to remove the UpdateManager class from Dynamo and Dynamo integration code base. One of the lookup function has been moved to PathResolver as a result.

Still get this error when trying to launch DynamoRevit which is strange because everything builds fine.

After building everything again today, the error above is gone
