Select, test and review Trimmomatic container #23

For some reasons I cannot find the Trimmomatic biocontainer in Dockerhub

@mr-c @mscheremetjew , I've select the good version we need for Trimmomatic among the available ones from biocontainers. I've also performed test on test-inputs with the trimmomatic-test-job.yaml. Expected ouputs have been added to the repo.
