[x] Column Material type in SDRF. But found some cases in which the value is RNA, e.g. E-HCAD-1 or E-HCAD-11

donor id: should be in SDRF

[x] Column Characteristics[individual] in SDRF, and column individual in obs, not always available

[x] The value assay_ontology_term_id can change for each individual, so it needs to be taken into account. e.g E-HCAD-36
