Timing: Sampling rate discussions

Problem statement

• The sampling rate requirement is hard to verify for users when sufficient documentation of the used measurement devices
• It has been requested that low readout rates of 1 Hz should be allowed for long runs as high sampling rates are expensive. This is likely a misunderstanding between readout rates and sampling rates.
• The AC/DC sampling requirements are likely mixed up

Suggested solution

Replace the specific quantitative requirements considering internal sampling with a general statement about accuracy / energy correctness and references to standards.

I just noticed that we have another section (3.1.2) that discusses AC/DC at length. I would like to greatly simplify it as part of this issue.
