This document recommends a methodological approach for measuring, recording, and reporting the power used by a high performance computer (HPC) system while running a workload. It is a collaborative effort of the Energy Efficient High Performance Computing Working Group.

Use exactly one line per sentence in the TeX files. This makes showing differences much easier with git.
Prepare changes in branches and then create a pull request for the branch
Use siunitx facilities to denote quantities with \SI and \num to ensure that nubmers and units are always consistently formatted.
