• Reconsider level accuracy thresholds based on information on accuracy of submitted Green500 runs

Additional information based on discussion after the RWTH Green500 presentation on 2024-07-16: Including a norm / standard in the Green500 methodology can incentivize vendors to invest into guaranteeing accuracy according to a given norm / standard. Otherwise, if there is no such a requirement, vendors will likely not voluntarily certify their devices.
