Requiring additional files for running Namawala examples #18

Open schroederdewitt opened 5 years ago

Hi,

I am trying to run Namawala examples - it complains some additional files are needed, such as "Namawala_single_node_air_temperature_daily.bin.json". I cannot locate these files in this repository, would someone mind pointing me to them?

Many thanks and regards

Hi Christian,

The example input files are in a separate data repository here: https://github.com/InstituteforDiseaseModeling/EMOD-InputData It uses large file storage (LFS), so you must follow a couple of extra steps after cloning the repository to get all the data files.

Additionally, the documentation provides a zip file with all necessary files to run several scenario simulations that teach the basics of using EMOD. http://www.idmod.org/docs/malaria/tutorials.html
