Too long runtime for reducing along time dimension #4

Reducing a cube along it's time dimension (lat: 1486, lon: 2163, time: 31) with a counting function takes 1.5h (free trial account on EDC). Given the dimensions of the cube this is too long. Where is the bottleneck here?
