1.3_open_science: check examples for open science #6

@aapopescu , could you please check the examples of open science here: https://github.com/EO-College/cubes-and-clouds/blob/main/lectures/1.3_openscience/1.3_openscience.md#open-street-map

I think GDAL is a great example. I also like open street map since it's community driven and a staple in cloud visualization. But maybe there's an initiative we want to mention that goes more in the complete 'open science' direction.

We could use the open street map then in the exam... to have students explain/tick what makes open street map open software/data
