Unexpected test-suite failures; missing testmods directory #43

Tests ending in 2000_CMIP6_AMIP_1deg_ensemble_FHistMonthly or 2000_CMIP6_AMIP_1deg_ensemble_FHist are looking for this testmods directory that doesn't exist: /glade/work/slevis/git_slim/cesm2_1_slim/cime/../cime_config/testdefs/testmods_dirs/clm/2000_CMIP6_AMIP_1deg_ensemble_FHist

I will not open a separate issue to add that I see tests on izumi and cheyenne that differ from the baseline. Code changes may justify this, but I thought I'd report the tests for the record. @ekluzek what was intended for the missing testmods directory 2000_CMIP6_AMIP_1deg_ensemble_FHist? Seems it was planned but not created.

@ekluzek and @slevisconsulting are removing FHist from the suffixes of these tests. If they pass, @slevisconsulting will remove the corresponding testmod directory.
