Multi-node tests on izumi sometimes have problems... #73
I am noticing that multi-node tests on izumi seem to sometimes run into trouble. Sending them again sometimes works, but not consistently. There are also systems settings that anyone that runs on izumi needs to get right and stay up with. The solution we took in CTSM is to ONLY do single-node tests on izumi. I think we should do the same here. This will help the testing throughput and ease of making tags.
