This way "+z" (non voiced Messages only seen by OPs) can be used for kicking spambots without logging this garbage.

I have applied this commit and it seems to work fine. Unfortunately I need to change my autovoice plugin now, because it tries to voice users that have been kicked before :face_with_head_bandage:. Is just a cosmetic thing, server responds with 441 (ERR_USERNOTINCHANNEL):
