Add MSVC-files #14

Adds MSVC project files. Some weeks ago I found a feature called "property files", this makes maintaining lots of projects with similiar settings much easier by using a shared config file ^^.

Nice MSVC feature :+1:, could you specify in the lib/README is MSVC-specific? There was some confusion with that explanation with Editor for non-MSVC usage. Also, setargv(w).obj linking for wildcard expansion (globbing).

Still lacks setargv, it could be added for later PR. Merged to fix the build.
