Sorry, got the install path wrong :/.

I guess for Gimp you need a GdkPixbufLoader.

Well, at least for gimp, there is https://github.com/mathewv/gimp-xyz (by the OneShot author).

I am not so sure, this should stay under thumbnailer directory now. Well, let's move it when we have a proper xyz lib in 2020… 👍
