hyphen, endash, emdash need relative optical adjustment for apparent heaviness #1

hyphen, endash, emdash need to vary in thickness just slightly to overcome the illusion that the longer line is heavier. This is fixed for the original styles and the large optical styles in roman now. But it still has to propagate out to all widths and to italic.
