Gracefully handle services down #86

Handle when certain URLs can't be hit, and return empty defaults on error.
Throw for others.

Probably, it would be worth handling an error by cancelling the infinite load and displaying some sort of error on the UI, but this is quick and dirty for now.

does this actually make the app run? or it's still stuck on loading?

EDIT: it runs but the shader servers are down

Can we try to collect donations through 4chan or reddit in order to fork and get this back up in new servers?

This is probably our only chance in reviving ryuSAK, unless someone with deepish pockets comes along

Only @Ecks1337 Can actually approve, run the build artifacts, or merge.

If you want a build, I made an experimental release on my forked repo with these changes
