[Feature] Add OSC support #2

XSOverlay added support for OSC.

This plugin should support it as well to allow users to output to OSC using a toggle in the plugin settings.

Will close this until XSOverlay decides to do something with the 'incoming' OSC port (currently only for 'outgoing')
