Hidden engine options #21

I think lc0 may have some options that are not reported by the UCI. If so, how should this be handled in the engine options file?

This can be solved by passing the parameter --show-hidden when launching lc0. Perhaps the best solution is to have a setting for arguments to pass to the engine. I think this would work currently by appending the arguments to the engines path setting, but maybe an additional setting is nicer. Maybe a list?
