FYI, Silicon Labs now announced the EFR32MG24 (EFR32 MG24) SoCs and Silabs EFR32xG24 development kits + radio boards:
https://www.silabs.com/wireless/zigbee/efr32mg24-series-2-socs
Looking at specs MG24 won't make a much better Zigbee coordinator than MG21 (but maybe better router / end devices?) unless have several hundreds of Zigbee 3.0 devices or will use a single firmware that has both a Zigbee stack and a Thread/Matter stack?
New "EFR32xG24 Pro Kit +10 dBm" + "EFR32xG24 Pro Kit +20 dBm" dev boards and EFR32xG24 radio boards coming coon:
No news on FCC/CE cerified MGM240 (MGM240P and MGM240L) modules based on EFR32MG24 to replace MGM210 modules.

@NilsBohr Any news/updates on EFR32MG2x (EFR32MG21, EFR32MG22, or EFR32MG24) based refreshed products from Elelabs?
FYI, MGM240 (MGM240P and MGM240L) radio modules meant to be used in commercial products now look to be available:

xGM240P radio module board = XGM240-RB4317A (20dBm).

xGM240L radio module board = XGM240-RB4316A (10dBm).

PS: Noted that those new radio module boards were expected to be called MGM240P and MGM240L but look like they will instead be marketed as Silabs xGM240x Series 2 Modules, specifically "xGM240P Broad-based Module" and "xGM240L Lighting Module".
FYI, Silicon Labs Gecko SDK (GSDK) Version 4.0.2.0 contains Zigbee EmberZNet SDK 7.0.2.0 bug-fix release (which uses EZSP v8):
https://github.com/SiliconLabs/gecko_sdk/releases/tag/v4.0.2
https://www.silabs.com/documents/public/release-notes/emberznet-release-notes-7.0.2.0.pdf
FYI, Silicon Labs have now released Silicon Labs Zigbee EmberZNet SDK 7.0.0.0 (and matching Gecko SDK 4.0.0 for it)
https://www.silabs.com/documents/public/release-notes/emberznet-release-notes-7.0.0.0.pdf
http://docs.silabs.com/zigbee/7.0
Silabs EmberZNet SDK 7.0.0.0 for Zigbee is new but guessing it does not contain much news other than EFR32MG24 support.
So perhaps EmberZNet Zigbee NCP 7.0.0.0 should not be used for production just yet, but it would be nice as option to test with.
Gecko SDK Suite 4.0 release is also the first time Silicon Labs posted Gecko SDK Suite to a publicly available repository on GitHub:
