Issue with Story NPCS #18

There seems a issue with npcs regarding their story For what ever reason the story wont pop up even if they have one

For now i wil look in to it

The issue only occuers for Npcs from 4/20 (The npc`s that are in the subbase) New yorker james Pregnant Emma Farmer dave seems to work fine

So we look futher in to the npcs in the sub base For now they are still broken

The issue has been resolved due to the leck that Npc 4/20 no dialog tree has
