gdb for gb #10

this is more a question than an issue. Does the gdb-server support gb, too? I brought gb support to radare2, which can be used as a gdb-client. The last time i ran vbam, it disappointed me that attaching to vbam gdb-server did not seem to work for gb.

I honestly don't know. I've just updated the Readme with the changes that have been made compared to the official SVN. You'll note that the most interaction I've had with the emulator proper is filtering the frame it sends out.
