Split Repo #131

For a better overview of the different tools (also in the "Abschlussbericht"), it might make sense to split the repositories into three single Repos:

In my opinion this absolutely makes sense. Then we can create one more repository "EnEffBIM-Toolchain" that uses git submodules to build a chain out of the tools.

This also means we have several small repos instead of a single huge one. To keep the repos small, we have to be careful what we include and what not (binary files, machine generated code).

@jraedler will create a new repositoy for CoTeTo some time soon, making sure the tool can be used as a git submodule conveniently.
