Framework description

• libSimModel written in C++, uses CodeSynthesis XSD to load and parse XML file
• SWIG used to generate a Python wrapper (mirroring the C++ functions)
• Python module mapapi with some cconvenience functions and some additional mapping
• print out code using CoTeTo and Mako templating engine
